This Cookie Policy explains how Victory Finance LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at victoryfinanceacct.com. It is part of our broader Privacy Policy.

The short version: our website itself does not set cookies, use analytics, or track you across the web. Cookies are only set when you actively use a third-party feature on our site, such as scheduling a call through Calendly. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time without affecting most features.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device (computer, phone, tablet) to remember information about your visit. Cookies can be set by the website you are visiting (first-party cookies) or by other services embedded in that website (third-party cookies). Similar technologies include local storage and pixel tags, which work in similar ways.

2. Cookies on our website

First-party cookies

Victory Finance LLC does not set first-party cookies on our website. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies of our own.

Third-party cookies

The following third-party services may set cookies when you actively use related features:

  • Calendly — when you click a "Book a free call" or similar link, you are taken to Calendly's booking page. Calendly may set cookies to support the booking process and remember your preferences. Calendly's cookie practices are governed by Calendly's Privacy Notice.
  • Google Fonts — our site loads fonts from Google's font CDN. According to Google, this service does not set tracking cookies, but it does receive a record of your IP address as part of standard web requests. See Google's Privacy Policy for more information.
  • Web3Forms — when you submit a form on our site, the data is processed by Web3Forms. Web3Forms may set technical cookies as part of processing the submission. See Web3Forms' Privacy Policy.

Server logs

Our hosting provider, Hostinger, may automatically log basic technical information (such as your IP address, browser type, and access times) for security and operational purposes. This is standard for any website and does not involve cookies.

3. Why these cookies are used

The third-party cookies described above are used for:

  • Functionality — making interactive features (like scheduling) work properly
  • Security — protecting against spam and abuse on form submissions
  • Performance — loading fonts and assets efficiently

We do not use cookies for advertising, behavioral tracking, or building profiles of visitors.

4. How to manage cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you:

  • See what cookies are stored on your device
  • Delete existing cookies
  • Block cookies from specific sites or all sites
  • Set notifications when cookies are placed

Here are direct links to cookie settings for popular browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

If you block all cookies, most of our website will continue to work normally. However, the third-party scheduling and form features may not function properly.

5. Do Not Track signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal that tells websites you don't want to be tracked. Because we don't track visitors across the web, DNT signals don't change how our website behaves. Third-party services may handle DNT signals according to their own policies.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. If we add new cookies or new types of tracking technology, we will update this policy to describe them.

7. How to contact us
