Every plan includes the same core bookkeeping services, including monthly receivables & payables review. Essential is $249/month for up to 100 transactions; Growth is $399/month for up to 200. Custom pricing depends on volume, complexity, and the agreed scope. We’ll review your activity during the free consultation and recommend a plan.
Your QuickBooks Online subscription is paid separately by you. Our monthly plans cover the bookkeeping services listed on the pricing page.
One transaction is one operation shown on your bank statement. We review your activity together to find the right plan.
We start with a quick call to learn about your business, current setup, and needs, then recommend a plan and next steps. If you move forward and already have QuickBooks Online, you invite us in; no passwords shared. If not, we'll help you get set up and connect your accounts. From there, we move into ongoing bookkeeping.
Think of it as a relay. Bookkeepers (us) keep your day-to-day books clean and accurate — recording transactions, reconciling accounts, producing reports. Tax accountants take those clean books at year-end and use them to prepare and file your taxes. We don't do taxes, but we hand your tax preparer a package they'll quietly love us for.
We work exclusively with QuickBooks Online (QBO), which runs in your browser with no software to install or update. If you don't have a subscription yet, we'll help you get set up on the first call. If you're using Xero, Wave, spreadsheets, or nothing at all, we'll help you migrate to QBO as part of onboarding.
We categorize transactions weekly — not once a month or once a year. That rhythm means cleaner data, fewer surprises, and a real chance to catch issues early. Reconciliations and financial reports are done monthly.
Every month we send your P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet by email — or drop them in your Google Drive or Dropbox, whichever you prefer. Your live books stay in QuickBooks Online, so you can log in anytime to check things yourself. Reports land by the 10th business day of the following month, always.
Absolutely. The Essential plan was built for solo businesses and self-employed clients. Small doesn't mean second-class — you get the exact same hands-on care as our largest client.
Yes. We'll check in quarterly and let you know if your transaction volume has outgrown your plan. Upgrading is a one-line email. Monthly pricing is predictable for your agreed scope; any additional work is discussed and approved before it begins.
Invoice Creation & Sending is $89/month for up to 15 invoices. Catch-up & Cleanup Bookkeeping is available by custom quote. See additional services and pricing for details.
We review outstanding customer invoices and vendor bills already recorded in your books and flag overdue balances or bookkeeping issues for your attention. This includes checking that payments are correctly matched and reviewing open balances.
The review does not include collecting or entering bills, creating invoices, or preparing, scheduling, or processing payments. Invoice creation is available separately. Bill entry and payment processing require a custom quote. Your team handles personal payment reminders, correspondence, calls, payment negotiations, billing disputes, and collection efforts.
Not always — and that's intentional. We work with clients we're confident we can serve well. The short form and first call are a chance for both of us to make sure it's a good fit. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.
